Koofah ki Ilmi Haisiyat
Munasib maloom hota hai ki is par bhi ek Tayerana nazar dal li jaye ki aakhir Koofah me kaun kaun log the aur Koofah ki kya ilmi haisiyat the ki Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah ko Talab e Hadees ke liye Baar baar wahan jana pada is silsele me RAQIM AASIM ne tareekh ko Khangala to bahut si mufeed aur ahem malumat hasil huwi, Qara’een e Ikram Tafsil k sath in malumat ko mulaheza farmaen.
Tareekh Me marqum hai ki Farooq -e- Aazam Hazrat Umar razi Allahu anhu ke daur e khilaft me Jab Hazrat Sa’ad Bin Abi Waqqas razi Allahu anhu ne mulk e Iraq fatah kiya to Faruooq e Azam razi Allahu anhu ne Koofah ki Tameer ka hukm diya chunanche 17 hijri me Koofah tameer kiya gaya is k atraaf o jawanib me fusahaye arab aabad kiye gaye, is shahar (city) ke aabad hone ke bad badi tadad ne Jaleelul Qadr Sahaba –e- Kiram yaha tashreef laye .
KOOFAH ME SAHABA IKRAM KA WUROOD
Allama Ibne Sa’ad rah (mutawaffi 230 hijri) farmate hain:
“70 Badri aur 300 Bait e Rizwan me shareek hone wale Sahaba-e- kiram Koofah me tashreef farma huwe the.”
(TABQAAT IBN E SA’AD 6/9)

Hafiz Abu Bishr Dulaabi Rah (mutawaffi 310 hijri) Hazrat Qatada rah se jin ka shumaar taba’EENn me hota hai basanad Naqil hain:
Huzoor sallallahu alaih wasallam ke Sahaba me se ek hazar 50 afrad (1050) aur 24 wo buzurug jo Ghazwa e Badr me aap k Hamerkaab rahe the Koofah me aakar farokash huwe.

Imam Abul Hasan Ahmad Bin Abdullah Ajli rah(mutawaffi 261 hijri) farmate hain:
“Koofah Me dedh hazaar (1500) Sahaba kiram akar utre.”
(FATHUL QADEER LIL IMAM IBNE HUMAAM 91/1)
tabqaat Ibn Saad me Allama Ibn Sa’ad Rah Bahawala Nafe’ Bin Jubair Bin Muti’m Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu anhum ka Koofah ke bare me ta’assur likha hai.

بالكوفة وجوه الناس(طبقات ابن سعد ج 6)
Tarjuma:- Koofah me Bade Bade log hain.

Zahir hai ki Hazrat Farooq e Azam razi Allahu anhum yahan jis wajahat ka tazkira farma rahe hai .wo Deeni Aur Ilmi wajahat hi ho sakti hai .is ki taaeed khud Hazrat Umar razi Allahu anhu is khat (letter) se hoti hai jo Aap ne Koofah walo ke naam likha hai, ye khat (letter) Allama Zahbi rah ne tazkIratul Huffaaz me baain Alfaz Naqal kiya hai.

HAZRAT -E- UMAR RAZI ALALHU ANHU KA KHAT(LETTER) AHL-E- KOOFAH KE NAAM:

إني قد بعثت إليكم عمار بن ياسر أميرا وعبد الله بن مسعود معلما ووزيرا، وهما من النجباء من أصحاب محمد صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم من أهل بدر، فاقتدوا بهما واسمعوا، وقد آثرتكم بعبد الله بن مسعود على نفسي.(تذكرة الحفاظ 1/16)

Mai ne tumhare pass Ammar Bin Yasir razi Allahu anhum ko bahesiyat Ameer Aur Abdullah Bin Masood razi Allahu anhu ko Muallim Aur Wazeer rawana kiya hai. Ye  dono Hazraat Huzur-e- Anwar sallallahu alaihi wasallam ke Sahaba hai. Muntakhab aur Bargazeeda Hastiyaan hai Shurakaaye Badr me se hai tum unki Iqteda karo. Dekho Abdullah Bin Masood razi Allahu anhu ke mamle me mai ne tum ko apne upar tarjeeh di hai.

Ye ke Ahnaf  ke Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah se nihayat Behtar Ta’lluqaat the, Chunanche Imaam Abu Hafs Kabeer Rah ki Imaam Bukhari rah ke walid Ismail Rah Se akheer Waqt tak Dosti rahi, Imaam Bukhari rah, Imaam Abu Hafs Kabeer Rah ke Halqa-e- Dars me Shareek hote rah,e Aap Se “Jame Sufyan” ka simaa’ kiya, Imaam Abu Hafs Kabeer Rah ki Aap par Bharpoor Tawajjah Rahi aap ne Imaam Bukhari rah ki Shorat ki pesh goi farmai Jis ka Zuhoor Dunya ne dekha. Aap Imaam Bukhari rah ki Maali Muawanat(help) farmate rahe, Aap ke sahabzade Imaam Abu Hafs Sagheer rah jin ke bare me Imaam Zahbi Raqamtaraz hain .

Ye  Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah ke Muddat e Madeed Tak Talb-e- Ilm me Rafeeq e safar rahe. Hazrat  Imaam Abu Hafs Kabeer rah (mutawaffi 217 hijri ) aur Hzrat Imaam Abu Hafs Sagheer rah (mutawaffi 264 ) dono kibaar-e- Ahnaf me se the . Bukhara me Ahnaf ki riyaasat -e- Ilmi Aap Hazraat par kahtam thi.
 Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah ne tehseel-e- Ilm ki Ibteda me Hazrat Imaam Waqee’ rah, Hazrat Abdullah Bin Mubarak rah ki Kitabe Azbar kar li the Aur Jame sufiyan rah ka simaa’  kiya tha, Ye kitaben  Fiqh Hanafi par mushtamil thin Kyun keh Hazrat Imaam Waqee’ rah aur Hazrat Abdullah Bin Mubarak rah dono Hazrat Imaam Abu Hanifa Rah ke Arshad talamiza me se hai aur Hanafi hain . imam  Sufyan Sauri rah, Imaam Abu Hanifa rah ki Majlis-e- Dars me haazir Huwe Hai aur Un se Hadis riwayat ki hai. Albatta Imaam sahab rah ki fiqh unhone Ali Bin Mishar rah(mutawaffi 189 hijri) se haasil ki hai Jo Imaam Abu Hanifa rah k Mukhtas talamizah me se shumaar kiye jate hain, Imaam Sufiyan Sauri rah ne Apni Jaame’ ki tasneef me bhi ziyada tar un hi se madad li hai. chunanche Yazeed bin Harun Rah (mutawaffi 204 hijri.) farmate hain
كان سفيان ياخذ الفقه عن علي بن مسهر من قول ابي حنيفة و انه استعان به وبمذاكرته علي كتابه هذا الذي سماه الجامع.(مقدمه كتاب التعليم مسعود بن شيبة ص133)
Tarjuma : Sufiyan Sauri rah Imaam Abu Hanifa rah ki fiqh ko unhone Ali Bin Mishar rah se hasil karte the aur Un hi ki madad aur Muzakare se unhone ye kitab Jis ka naam JAAME’ rakha hai Tasneef ki hai.

DUWWAM(2): Ye kE Imaam Bukhari Rah Harmain Sahreefain ke safar ke baad IRAQ tashreef le gaye aur wahan Basrah, Koofah aur Baghdad waghaira ke Muhaddesin se Ahadis Hasil ki, Aap ka Qaul piche guzar chuka hai ki mai Basra 4 Martaba gaya Aur Kufa aur Bagdad ko Itni martaba jana hua ki Shumar bhi nahi kiya jasakta, Isse sabit hota hai ki Imaam Bukhari rah ke nazdeek Mulk e Iraq ki Ilm-e- Hadis ke Hawale se bahut Ahamiyat thi .Aur wahan ke Muhaddeseen ko Intehai Qabil-e- Aetemad samajhte the . Aap ne wahan ke Muhaddeseen se jinme Bahut se Imaam Abu Hanifa rah aur unke Talamiza Qazi Abu Yusuf Rah aur Imaam Muhammad Rah ke Shagird aur thait Hanafi the . Unse Ahadis e Mubaraka Hasil ki Aur unko Is Qadar Ahmiyat di ki Apni Aham Tareen kitab Bukhari Shareef me jagah jagah zikr farmaya.

IMAM BUKHARI KE TALIB E ILMI KE DAURAN ZIHANAT KE CHAND WAQIAAT

Ek martaba Saleem Bin Mujahid, Muhammad bin Salam Bekandi rah ke pass tashreef laye to aap ne un se farmaya agar tum zara der pehle aajate to aisa ladka dekhte jise 70,000 Hadeesen yad hai. Saleem Bin Mujahid rah ka bayan hai ke mujhe yeh sun kar badi hairat hui aur mai us ladke ki talash me nikla mulaqat hui to maine kaha tum ko 70,000 ahadis ke yaad hone ka dawa hai, is par aap ne farmaya beshak mujhe is qadar balki is se bhi zyada yaad hai ,Sirf Ahadees hi par kyy munhasir hai silsila-e- Sanad me tum jis ke mutalliq bhi poochoge un me se aksar ki jaaye sukonat aur Tareekh e wafaat ka bhi pata de sakta hun aur apne riwayat karda aqwaal -e- Sahaba o Tabaeen ke bare me  bhi batla sakta hu ki wo kin kin aayat o ahadis se makhuz hai (SIYAR A’LAAMUN NUBALA 12/417)
Ek martaba Aap k ustad Muhammad Bin Salaam Bekandi rah ne aap se farmaya: “Tum meri tasaneef ko ek martaba apne mutala’ se nikal do aur is me jaha galti ho uski islah kar do, kisi ne bade Ta’jjub se pucha ki ye ladka kaun hai? Jiska matlab ye tha ki aap Imamul Asr hokar bhi usse apni islah ke liye keh rahe hai, Imam Bekandi rah ne kaha ki: iska koi saani o muqabil nahi hai (Tehzeebul Kamaal 22/459).
 Bukhara me Muhaddis Daakhili rah ka Halqa-e- Dars bhi Qayam tha. Imaam Bukhari rah aap ke halqe Dars me bhi jaya karte the. Ek din aisa hua ke ustad mohtaram ne sanad bayan karte huwe

 farmaya , aap ne arz kiya ki sanad is tarah nahi hai kyun ki ABU ZUBAIR (ابي الزبير)ne Ibrahim (ابراهيم) se riwayat nahi ki, Muhaddis Dakhili rah ne Imam Bukhari rah ko Tifl e Na amooz samajh kar daant diya lekin aap ne Adab se arz kiya ki agar aap ke pass asal ho to Muraaja’at farmalen . muhaddis  Dakhli rah uthe aur apni jagah ja kar kitab nikali Imaam Bukhari rah ki bat durust thi wapas aye aur farmaya : Ladke asal sanad kis tarah hai ? Imaam Bukhari rah ne kaha الزبير و هو ابن عدي عن ابراهيم, Ustad ne Imaam Bukhari rah se Qalam le kar apni Kitab ko durust kiya aur farmaya tum ne sach kaha kisi ne Imaam Bukhari rah se pucha ki jis waqat ye waqiya pesh aya us waqt aap ki umar kitni thi ? Tehseel-e- Ilm

Tehseel-e- Ilm :-
Imam Bukhari rah ki tehseel-e- Ilm Ka zamana bachpan hi se shuru hota hai. Ibtedai Taleem me Hadees ke sath sath Ilm w fiqh ki taraf tawajjo ki aur Imaam Wakee’ rah aur Hazrat Abdullah bin Mubarak rah jaise ustaad e fann ki tasnifaat ka mutala’ kiya aur un kitabo ko azbar kar liya .(Siyar A’laamun Nubala safha 393) Apne watan Maloof hi me Imaam Abu Hafs Kabeer rah se “JAME’ SUFIYAN” ka simaa’ kiya chunanche khateeb Baghdadi ba sanad naqal karte hai - Mohammad Bin Ismail Bin Mugheera Jo’fi (Imaam Bukhari rah) ne bayan kiya ki mai Abu Hafs (Kabeer )rah  Ahmad Bin Hafs ke pass Jame sufiyan ka samaa’ apne walid ki kitab me kar raha tha ki wo ek harf se guzre jo mere yaha na tha maine un se muraja’at ki unhone dubara wahi batlaya mai ne dubara muraja’at ki fir unhone wahi batlaya aakihr me teesri dafa muraja’at ki to zara chup rahe aur daryaft karne lage ki ye kaun hai ? logo ne kaha ki Ismail Bin Ibrahim Bin Bardizbah ka ladka hai farmane lage is ne Saheeh batlaya, yaad rakkho ye ladka ek din mard-e- Maidan banega . Imaam Bukhari rah bachpan me aksar Imaam Abu Hafs Kabeer rah ki khidmat me ate jate rahte the. Ek  dafa Imaam Abu Hafs rah ne farmaya
“Ye jawaan nihayat hi Aqalmand hai mujhe ummed hai ki age chal kar is ki badi shohrat aur charcha hoga . (SIYAR A’LAAMUN NUBALA 12/425)

Qalandar har cah goyed deeda goyed k misdaq Imaam Bukhari rah ki waisi hi shohrat huwi jaise ki un ke ustad Imaam Abu Hafs rah ne peshangoi farmai thi .Imaam Abu Hafs Kabeer rah ko chunki Imaam Bukhari rah ke walid se gehra talluq tha is bina par aap ko Imaam Bukhari rah se bhi Fitri taur par talluq raha .
Ek martaba Imaam Abu Hafs Kabeer rah ne Imam Bukhari rah ko is Qadar maal e tijarat bheja jis ko baaz tajiron ne 5000 ke nafey se un se khareeda aur baaz tajir is se bhi dugne nafe par wo maal lene ko tayyar teh .Lekin Imaam Bukhari rah ne apne irade ko badalna pasand nahi farmaya (HADYUS SAARI 479)
 Allama Mizzi rah ne Imaam Abu Hafs rah ko Imaam Bukhari rah k mashaekh me shumar kiya hai (Tehzeebul Kamaal 24/433)
 Isi Arse me Imaam Bukhari rah ne un tamam shuyookh e Bukhara se Ahadis ka zakhira jama kar liya jo us waqt mumtaz Muhaddis suhmar kiye jate the aur jinki darsagaahen Taalibeen e Hadees ke liye markaz thi. Un shuyookh me Muhammad Bin salam Bekandi (Mutawaffi 225 hijri) Abdullah Bin Muhammad Masnadi (meem 229 hijri) aur Haroon bin Ash’as ke asmaa’ Qaabil-e- Zikr hain.

Imaam Bukhari rah nau umri hi me Ilm e Hadees me us martabe o muqam par faiz hogaye the ki bade bade asatezah aap se mar’oob hojate the aur aap ke shareek dars hone se sambhal jate the ke kahin koi laghzish na hojaye. Allama Bekandi rah ne to ye bhi farmaya hai ki Muhammad Bin Ismail ke aajane se mujh par aalam-e- tahayyur tari ho jata hai aur mai unki wajah se ahadis bayan karte huwe darta hun (SIYAR A’LAAMUN NUBALA 12/417)

Paidaish Aur Ibtedaai Haalat Imam Bukhari rah

Paidaish Aur Ibtedaai Haalat :-
Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah 13 shawwal Namaz-e- Juma ke baad 194 hijri me Nau Azaad riyasat UZBAKISTAN ke tareekhi shahar- city- me paida huwe . (HADYUS SAARI 477) Imaam Bukhari rah ke walid majid Ismail rah ka chaunke Imam Sahab rah ke bachpan hi me Inteqal ho gaya tha isliye aap ne Apni walida majida ka aagosh-e- Shafaqqat me nasho o numa payi .
Imaam Bukhari rah ki bachpan me nazar chali gai thi aur aap Naabina ho gaye the aap ki walida ko is se bahut hi sadma hua Allah ke huzur me ro ro kar dua karti thi ke Ilaahi mere bachche ki nazar lauta de, ek raat khaab me dekha ki Hazrat Ibrahim alaihis salaam farma rahe hai: Aye Khatoon!
قد رد الله  علي ابنك بصره بكثرة دعائك
Transliteration:"Qad raddallahu Alaa ibniki basarahu bikasrati Duaaiki "

Tarjuma: Allah ne teri Kaseer Duao ki badaulat tere bachche ki nigah lauta di hai, Aap jab so kar uthin to dekha ki waqai unki nazar laut aai hai (HADYUS SAARI 478)

Seerat E Tayyaba Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rahmatullahi alaih

Naam o Nasab:-
 Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah ki Kunniyat Abu Abdullah aur naam e naami Muhammad hai Waalid ka naam ISMAIL hai.
Silsila E Nasab  is tarah hai
" Mohammad Bin Ismail bin Ibrahim Bin Mugaira Bin Bardizbah"
Bardizbah majhaban Majoosi the . Majoosiyat par hi un ki wafat hui , un ke sahebzaade Mughaira is khaandaan ke pehle Fard hai jo Ameer- e- Bukhara “Yamaan joafi” ke hath par Musharraf  ba Islam huwe , isi nisbat se Hazrat Imam Bukhari rah “Joafi” mashoor hogaye warna joaf khandaan se unka koi Talluq nahi. Qadeem Zamaane me dastoor ye raha hai ki Jo shaksh kisi ke hath par Islam Qabool karta tha usi se uski nisbat -e-wilaa mutalliq ho jati thi. Ahnaaf isi ke Qayal hai aur is silsile me un ke paas Abu Dawood ki ye riwayat hai
عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِيِّ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، مَا السُّنَّةُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُسْلِمُ عَلَى يَدَيِ الرَّجُلِ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، قَالَ: «هُوَ أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِمَحْيَاهُ وَمَمَاتِهِ»

Tarjuma :- “Hazrat Tameem Dari razi Allahu anhu se riwayat hai ki unhone arz kiya Ya Rasulullah sallalalhu alaihi wasallam us shakhs ke baare me kya tariqa hai jo Musalmano me se kisi ke haath par Islam qabool kare ?
 Farmaya wahi logo me us ki zindagi aur maut me sab se aula hai.”

 Allama Ibn-e- Hajar Rah ka kehna hai ki Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah ke Dada Ibrahim k haalaat-e- zindagi Maloom nahi ho sake
(Hadyus saari Muqaddama Fathul baari safha 477)
Albatta  Aap ke walid Ismail apne zamane me Tabqa e Rabia ke muhaddis shumaar kiye gaye hai,unke shuyookh me Imaam Malik rah, Hammad Bin Zaid rah waghaira shaamil hain, Aap ko Hazrat Abdullah Bin Mubarak rah ki khidmat me rehne ka zyada mauqa mila tha , Ahle Iraq ne un se Aksar Hadeesen riwayat ki hain.
 Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah farmate hain:
سَمِعَ أَبِي مِنْ مَالِكِ بنِ أَنَسٍ، وَرَأَى حَمَّادَ بنَ زَيْدٍ، وَصَافحَ ابْنَ المُبَارَكِ بكلتَا يَدَيْهِ.
(سير أعلام النبلاء 12/392)

Hazrat Imam Bukahri rah ke walid maajid Ismail rah aur Imam Abu Hafs Kabeer rah ke darmiyan Intehai Mohabbat aur khuloos k marasim the.
 Ek Martaba Imam Abu Hafs Kabeer rah ne khwab dekha ke Nabi e Akram sallallahu alaihi wasallam tashreef laye hain Aap ne Qamees pehan rakhi hai aur Aap ke pehlu me ek Aurat khadi ro rahi hai Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne usse farmaya:
“Ro mat, haan jab mar jaunga to phir ro lena.”
 Imaam Abu Hafs rah farmate hai is khwab ki kisi ne koi Taabeer nahi batlai, maine iska tazkira Imaam Bukhari rah ke waalid Ismail rah se kiya to Aap ne farmaya Iski Taabeer ye hai ke Aap sallallahu alaihi wasallam ki Sunnat Aap ki wafaat ke baad Baaqi hai .

 Imaam Bukhari rah ke walid Ismail rah ka jab Inteqal hua to Imaam Abu Hafs rah un ke paas hi maujood the wafat ke waqt imaam Ismail rah ne un se kaha tha
"لا اعلم من مالي درهما من حرام ولا  درهما من شبهة"
(هدي الساري 479)
Tarjuma: “Mai Apne Maal me ek dirham bhi Haram ya shubhe ka nahi paata .”
(HADYUS SAARI 479)
 Imaam Abu Hafs rah kehte hai ke Ismail rah ki ye baat sun kar mujhe apni haisiyat bahot hi kam mehsoos hone lagi.

 Ahqar ne Hadees aur Ahle Hadees ke muqaddama me likha tha
“Raaqim ke paas Bukhai Shareef ki un Ahadis aur Imaam Bukahri rah ke un ijtehadaat ki ek taweel fehrist maujood hai jin par Ghair Muqallideen ka Amal nahi hai , Bakhauf e tiwalat yahan iska tazkara tark kiya ja raha hai kisi doosre Maqaam par wo fehrist pesh ki jayegi Insha Allah "

 Irada to tha ke jald az jald fehrist nazar e Qara’een kar diya jaye lekin adeem ul fursati aur deegar umoor ki Anjaam dahi aade aati rahi shadid intezar ke bad Allah Ta’ala Ki Taufiq aur madad se ab wo fehrist nazar e Qareen ki jarahi hai ye Baat pesh-e- Nazar rahni chahiye ki Bukhari Shareef  ki Ahaadis aur Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah ke Ijtehadaat ki ye fehrist sar sari nazar me murattab ki gayi hai , is liye ye na samjha jaye ki bas yahi Hadis aur ijtehadat aise hai jin par Ghair Muqallideen hazraat ka amal nahi Balki Talash karne par aur bahut si ahadis o ijtehadaat bhi mil sakte hain jin par Ghair Muqallideen ka Amal nahi.

Qabl is ke ki wo fehrist pesh ki jaye Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah ke mukhtasar haalaat e Zindagi pesh ki jate hai taake un ki roshni me Andaza lagaya ja sake ki Hazraat Ghair Muqallideen . Hazrat Imaam Bukahri rah se kis Qadar muttafiq hai aur in ka un se Aqeedat o mohabbat ka Izhar kaise hai .

KYA GHAIR MUQALLIDEEN SAHEEH BUKHARI PAR AMAL KARTE HAIN??

Aam taur par ye dekhne me aata hai ki Ghair Muqallideen Hazraat e Muhaddeseen kiraam me se Ameerul Momineen Fil Hadees Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rahmatullahi alaih se bohat ziyada Aqeedat o Mohabbat ka Izhaar karte hain aur un ki Kitab “ AL JAME AL SAHEEH " ko kutub e Ahadees me sab se ziyada ehmiyat dete hain, isi Binaa par unka Aksar yahi mutalaba hota hai ki Bukhari Shareef se Hadis dikhai jaye, Aqeedat o Mohabbat ka Talluq Dil Se hai aur Dil par kisi ki ijaara daari nahi , Insan ke Dil me jis ki Aqeedat o Mohabbat paida ho Haq hai Bashart yeh ke Mohabbat Bar Haq ho, Is Lihaaz se hamey Ghair Muqallideen Hazraat se shikayat to nahi ki wo Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah se Aqeedat o Mohabbat ke Izhaar kyu karte hain , Haan ye shikayat  Zaroor hai ke  wo apni is Aqeedat o Mohabbat me khaam waqai hue hain, Is liye Ki Muhabbat ka Taqaza to ye hai ki Mahbub ki har baat ko Mana jaye aur Mehboob ki har Adaa ko Apnaya jaye chunanche Hazrat Rabiya Basriya rah farmati hain.

TARJUMA: Teri Mohabbat Agar Sachchi Hoti to Mehboob ki Ita’at karta , Kyuu ki Muhib Mehboob ka mutee’ aur farmabardaar hota hai(Mirqat Jild 9 safa 250)
lekin Jab hum Haalaat o Waqiyaat ka jayeza lete hain to Maloom hota hai ki Ghair Muqallideen hazraat Imaam Bukhari rah se Haqeeqat me aisi Mohabbat o Aqeedat nahi rakhte ki un ki har Baat ko maane aur har adaa ko apnayen kyu ki Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah ki seerat aur aap ki Kitab Bukhari Shareef ke Mutalaye se maloom hota hai ki Ghair Muqallideen Hazraat chand Mutanaze Masael Ke ilawa wo Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah se na Tamam Aqaid me Muttafiq hai na Tamam Aamaal me jahan un Hazraat k Aqaid O Aamaal ke khilaaf Hazrat Imam Bukhari Rah ke Aqeeda ya Amal pesh kiya jata hai ye Hazraat uske maanne se saaf inkaar kar dete hain Yahi Haal Bukhari Shareef ka hai ki jab hi Ghair Muqallideen hazraat ko Bukhari Shareef se wo Hadis jo unke Mauquf ke khilaaf hoti hai dikhlai jati hai ya Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah Ka koi Ijtehaad in hazraat ke khilaaf dikhlaya jata hai to ye usey Maanne se inkaar kar dete hain aur us mawqe par in hazraat ki Hazrat Imam Bukhari se saari Aqeedat o Mohabbat kaafoor hojati hai ye tarze Amal aisa hai jo yaqeenan Shikayat ka mojib hai. Isi shikayat ko awaam ke saamne “Ghair Muqallideen Imam Bukhari rah ki Adalat me” ke unwaan se pesh kiya ja raha hai. Is  kitaab me Hazrat Imam Bukhari rah ki Hayaat Tayyaba aur Aap ki kitab Bukhari Shareef ke hawale se ye dikhaya gaya hai ki Ghair Muqallideen Hazraat zuban se zaroor Hazrat Imam Bukhari rah se Aqeedat o Mohabbat ka izhaar karte hain lekin in ka Amal is ke Bilkul khilaaf hai.

Maujooda Daur ke Fitne Aur Hamari Majboori

 Qareen-e- Muhtaram :
Maujooda daur ke Haalaat ka Taqaza to ye tha ki sab Musalman Muttahid wa Muttafiq ho kar Ilhaad o dehriyat, Isaiyat O Saihooniyat ki badhti hui yalgaar ka paamardi se Muqabala karte taa ki Aalam e Kufr ko Musalmano par Jug hansai ka mauqa na milta Lekin Afsos ki hamare Ghair Muqallideen bhai in pur fitan aur muheeb haalaat se sarfe Nazar karte hue chand firoi masayel ko hawa dene aur unka parchaar karne me lage huye hai aur un ko Imaan wa kufar ka darja de rakha hai is par mustazaad ye K Faqat apne aap ko Haq par samajhte hain Baqi sab ko “Fin Nar was Saqar” qaraar dete hain . Ghair Muqallideen ka ye Ghair Mohtaat aur jaarhana rawayya jo unho ne har jagah apna rakha hai watan-e- Azeez ho ya diyaare ghair , ye hame jawaab dene par majboor karta hai , Hamari ye tehreer bhi sabeqa tehreeraat ki tarah Iqdaami ke bajaye difai hai jis me Ghair Muqallideen Hazraat ko tehzeeb wa shaistagi ke dayere me sirf ye batlaya gaya hai ki wo aise dawe na kiya karen jin par poora na utar saken .

 Raaqimul huroof ne ye tehreer aaj se 3 saal qabl Deoband me baaz mukhliseen k shadeed israar par shuru ki thi darmiyaan me masroofiyaat aur mawaane pesh aate rahe jis ki wajah se is ke Ehtemaam me taakhir hoti rahi ab Allah Ta’ala ki Taufiq o Madad se ye Tehreer paaye takmeel ko pohanch kar aap ke Haatho me aagai hai. Allah Ta’ala se Dua hai ki Wo is tehreer ko Qabool farma kar Raaqim ki najaat aur awaamun naas ki hidayat ka zariya banaye aur jin Ahbaab O Mukhliseen ne is ki tasneef o Taba’at me hissa liya hai Unhe apni Shayaane shaan jaza Ata farmaye Aameen summa Aameen.

Ghair Muqallideen se kis tarah baat karen

...........Ruku me jate aur sir uthate waqt Rafa yadain karna farz hai, wazib hai ya sunnat hai ya nafil hai ?

 Agar Koi in maqamat par Rafa yadain na kare to uski namaz ho jayegi ya nahi ?

Agar koi Ruku me Subhana Rabbial Azeem ki jagah Subhana Rabbial A’alaa aur Sajde me Subhana rabbial A’laa ki jagah Subhana Rabbial Azeem keh le to uski Namaz hogi ya Nahi ?

Ala hazal Qiyaas ye puchen ki Hawai Jahaz ( Airoplane ) Me agar koi namaz padhe to uski Namaz ho jayegi ya Nahi ?

 Wo cassete jin me Quran e Kareem record ho unko baghair Wuzu ke haath lagana jayaz hai ya nahi ?
cassete se Aayat- e- Sajda suni to Sajda e Tilawat wajib hoga ya nahi ?
 Roza me Injection lagwane se roza tutega ya nahi ?
Telephone aur Inter Net par kiye jane wala Nikah Ho jayega ya nahi ? wagaira wagaira .
In sab Masael ka jawab ya To Quran e Kareem ki ayat ya fir kisi Saheeh Sareeh marfoo Hadis se diya jaye kisi Ummati ka Qaul aur apna ijtehad nahi hona chahye kyun ki aap k baqaul ummati ki bila Daleel baat manna TAQLEED hai jo ki shirk hai aur Ijtehad wa Qiyas karna kaare shaitan hai jo ki gumrahi hai –

 Qaraeen e Mohtaram : Ghair Muqallideen ka dawa hai ki wo Ahle Hadis hai jis ka matlab hai Hadis wale aur Muqalledeen ko wo Ahle fiqh wal Rai kehte hain - jis ka matlb hai Fiqh o rai wale,  is soorat me usooli taur par har masle ki hadis ghair muqalledeen hi ko dikhani chahye ki wo baza’m e khuwaish hadis wale hai magar ta’jjub hai ki ye Hazraat ek taraf to hame Ahle Fiqh kehte hain aur doosri taraf har masle me hadis bhi ham se talab karte hain jab ki sire se hamara dawa hi nahi hai ki har masle ki Daleel Hadis me maujood hai –

 Hamare Awaam ko ye baat samajh leni chahye aur jab bhi baat ho Hadis ghair Muqallideen se mangni chahye ki wo apne aap ko Ahle hadis kehte hain yani hadis wale zahir hai ki jis ke paas koi chiz hoti hai usi se wo chiz mangi jati hai jab Baqaul Ghair Muqallideen k  
 Wale wahi hai aur Hadis unhi ke pass hai to phir Hadis unhi ko dikahni chahye neez jab Baqaul un ke hamare pass Hadis hai hi nahi fiqh hai to phir Unhe ham se hadis ka mutalaba bhi nahi karna chahye . Ye Baat bhi Qaabil e Ghaur hai Muqallideen Ahnaaf jab Ghair Muqallideen ko Apne mauqoof se mutalliq ahadis dikhate hain to aksar un ka Mutalaba hota hai ki Hadis Bukahri Shareef se dikhai jaye Halanki ye Hazrat bhi Ala wajhil baseera  jaante hai ki har masla Ki Hadis ka Bukhari Shareef me Hona zaroori nahi aisi soorat me hamari awaam ko cahiye ki wo Bukhari Shareef se hadis dikahne ka zimma lene ke bajaye Ghair Muqallideen se mutalaba karen ki wo koi Ayat ya Hadis dikhaye jis me ho ki Hadis sirf Bukhari Shareef ki honi chahye.
 Doosra un se ye mutalaba bhi karen ki pehle wo khud apne tamam masael ki hadis Bukhari Shareef se dikahye phir hum se mutalaba karen,

 Teesra unhe ye batayen ki Aap Hazraat ka khud Bukhari par Amal nahi, Amal to door raha aap ko to sirey se Bukhari par hi Aetemaad nahi. Dekhye Bukhari ki fulaan Hadis par aap ka Amal nahi fulaan par aap ka Amal nahi. Imam Bukhari rahmatullahi alaih k fulaan Ijtehaad par aap ka amal nahi fulaan par aap ka amal nahi suboot chahye to ye Kitab Ghair Muqallideen Imaam Bukhari ki Adalat me pesh kar dijiye - is Kitab me Hazrat Imaam Bukhari rah ki hayaat e tayyaba aur unki kitab Bukhari Shareef se taqreeban 53 masayel me ye dikhlaya gaya hai ki Ghair Muqallideen hazraat na Imaam Bukhari rah se un ke aqayad wa amal me muttafiq hain aur na unhe Imaam Bukhari rah k Ijtehadaat se ittefaq hai aur na wo khaalisatan Bukahri Shareef par Amal karte hain Bukahri shareef me dheron Hadeesen aisi hai jin par Amal karne se bajaye ye log un ke khilaaf amal karte hai -

Sukhan e Guftani

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem
Ghair Muqallideen Hazraat apne aap ko Ahle Hadis kehte hain jis ka matlab unke nazdeek ye hota hai ki Hadis ka ilm bhi unhi ko hai aur Hadis par amal bhi wahi karte hain.
Rahey Muqallideen to na to un ke paass Hadis hai aur na wo Hadis par Amal karte hain. Ghair Muqallideen ka ye khayaal khud darai aur khud farebi par mabni hai Haqiqat ye hai ki in hazraat ko fann e Hadis se door ka bhi wasta nahi sirf chand mutanaze  masayel ko takhta e mashq bana kar apne aap ko muhaddis aur Aamil bilhadis samajhne lagey hain yahi wajah hai ki in hazrat se masayel e namaz ka hukum bil khusoos nit naye pesh amad masayel ke ahkaam se muta’lliq ahadis daryaft ki jati hai to baghlen  jhaankne lagte hain aur un hazraat ki kitabo ki taraf rujoo karne lagte hai jinhe wo mushrik kehte nahi thakte .

Agar in hazrat ki hadis daani ka tajarba karna ho to in se chand masayel ka hukum daryaaft kar ke dekh lijiye aap ko un ki hadis daani ka bakhoobi andaza ho jayega -

Maslan in se puchen ki namaz Me takbeer e tahreema farz hai ya wazib hai ya sunnat hai ya nafil ?


Agar koi Takbeer e Tehreema kahe baghair Namaz shuru karde to uski namaz ho jayegi ya nahi ?


Namaz me Takbeer e Tehreema kahte waqt rafa yadain karna farz hai, wazib hai ya sunnat hai ya nafil ? agar koi rafa yadain kiye baghair namaz shuru karde to uski namaz ho jayegi ?


Namaz me haath bahdhna farz hai, wazib hai ya sunnat hai ya Nafil ? agar koi Haath na bandhh to us ki namaz ho jayegi ?
Namaz ke shuru me sana padhna farz hai ,wazib hai ,sunnat hai ya nafil ? Agar koi sana na padhe to us ki namaz ho jayegi ya nahi ? Continue Insha Allah
